Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is very important to us so, if you wish to return an item, CC Now will issue you a full refund. Please contact us at the e-mail address or telephone number on the contact page for instructions and address for returns. We cannot accept any return of smoking accessories that have been used. Halloween masks and costumes are non returnable.

Since we no longer accept credit cards thorough our website, we offer you the opportunity to pay through Pay Pal. Simply e-mail your order to us at sales@karmicbutterfly.com and we will send you a Pay Pal request along with your itemized invoice.
